Democracy

A system where a single leader is elected through a vote directly or indirectly of every allowable member of that society.

Effect

Players elect one of the players who is willing to take on the role of leader for this round. When that player spends tokens on anything that will affect the majority of other players aside from buying a Wild card, they do so as if they had +1 token being spent above what they themselves are spending.
