For some reason, it has been decided that now is a time for war. Some distant enemy is now engaged in battle with some other group. How justified the war is depends on which side you ask.

Effect

All scenes this round will relate back in some way to the ongoing war.
Players may choose to spend two tokens to change the Structure from it's current state into the site of the war.
